The Customer Choice Program is available to residential and commercial customers on the FortisBC distribution system in the Interior, the Lower Mainland, Whistler, Vancouver Island, the Sunshine Coast and Powell River. Customer Choice is not currently available in Revelstoke or Fort Nelson.

- We Procure your Natural Gas. We work as an energy supply broker, purchasing your natural gas from producers, and supplying that natural gas to you through FortisBC.
- Uninterrupted Service. Throughout this process and afterward, FortisBC will continue to provide the safe, reliable delivery of your natural gas through the pipelines they own and operate. FortisBC will continue to read natural gas meters and provide 24-hour emergency service for all natural gas customers. The only change? Your cost of gas on your usual bill will now reflect your fixed Buy Low Gas rate.
